Refund policy
Cancellations: You can cancel your order completely free of charge if your order is not shipped. Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be accepted after the order has been shipped.
No Returns: We do not accept returns for our products.
No Refunds: No refund will be provided; only exchange of the product will be offered for significantly damaged items.
Exchange for Damaged Items: In the event that your product(s) arrives significantly damaged due to transportation, we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To initiate an exchange, please provide a clear video of the unboxing of the package. The damaged item must be returned to the seller and approved for exchange.
Exchange Conditions:
- The exchange will be for the same product initially placed.
- The product(s) must be significantly damaged for approval of exchange.
- A clear video of unboxing of the damaged product(s) must be provided for approval of exchange.
Note: Shipping charges and COD charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Unboxing Video: We highly recommend recording a video while unboxing your order. This video will be helpful in case you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item. In such cases, please email us at support@cuberoot.co.in with the unboxing video and clear pictures of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll investigate the issue and provide a prompt resolution.
